General 1. NMR관리자가 시행한 처음사용자 교육 이수자만 계정생성 가능합니다. (랩자체 교육 불인정) 2. ID를 공유/대여하는 것을 금지합니다. 적발시 ID는 정지됩니다. 3. 교육을 받지 않았거나 사전승인없이 probe를 수동으로 tuning하지 말것 (자동 tuning은 권장) 4. NMR 샘플이 NMR내부에서 깨졌을 때에는 컴퓨터에 '사용금지' 표시를 남기고, 즉시 NMR 관리자에게 연락을 취해야 합니다. 5. 빈 spinner turbine을 magnet 내에 넣은 사람은 컴퓨터에 '사용금지' 표시를 남기고, 즉시 NMR 관리자에게 연락을 취해야 합니다.
6. 최근 2년간 사용기록이 없는 사용자의 계정은 정리됩니다.
7. 기본적인 에티켓을 준수하지 않는 사용자/실험실/업체는 사용이 제한됩니다.

Sign-up rules 1. 예약은 NMR 예약 홈페이지의 online-booking 페이지에서 할 수 있습니다. 모든 예외적인 예약은 NMR 관리자의 허가후에 가능합니다. 2. 당일 오전 9시에서 익일 9시까지 예약가능합니다. (당일예약만 가능)

# 장비별 최대 예약 가능 시간은 장비별 예약 혼잡도에 따라 변동 가능하며, 혼선을 방지하기 위해 표시되지 않았습니다. 클릭이 되지 않는 경우 최대 예약 시간을 초과했다고 판단하시면 됩니다. (일반적으로 peak time max는 1~2 시간, off-peak time max는 2~3시간입니다.)
# 예약시작 시간은 장비별로 세분화 되어 있으며, 예약페이지 상단에 표시되어 있습니다. 정당한 사유가 있을 경우 NMR 관리자에게 요청하여 규칙제한 이상의 시간을 사전 예약 가능합니다.

(컴퓨터시간 기준 아님) 5. 예약 시간은 데이터 획득(FID acquisition)을 위한 시간 예약입니다. acquisition이 완료되며 다음 대기자에게 NMR 컴퓨터를 넘겨주십시오. 데이터 processing은 예약 시간에 포함되지 않습니다. 6. 실험 예약 시작시간에서 3분이상 지각할 경우에는 해당 시간 사용권한을 박탈하며, 남은 시간을 대기자가 사용할 수 있습니다. 7. 실험 스케줄에 변경이 생긴 경우, 다른 사용자를 위해 반드시 즉시 예약을 변경 혹은 취소해야 합니다 no show가 적발될 경우 페널티가 부과될 수 있습니다.
8. 같은 시간대에 2개이상의 장비를 동시에 예약하는 행위를 허용하지 않습니다. (독점방지)
9. Walk-in NMR (예약없이 사용하는 장비) 관련 규칙은 다음과 같습니다. - 예약없이 사용하는 장비이며, 비어있을 경우 바로 사용가능합니다. - 다른 사용자가 사용중일 경우 대기 후 사용가능합니다. - 11:00 ~ 20:00 시간대에는 한 ID로 20분이상 사용 금지합니다. (대기자가 없을 경우 가능) - 분석해야할 시료가 많을 경우, 시료가 적은 다음사용자에게 양보하면서 사용 권장합니다. - 23:00 ~ 09:00 에는 overnight실험 가능합니다.
10. Full Automated NMR 관련 규칙은 다음과 같습니다. (AS400)
- Full automation 시간대에는 예약없이 방문 순서대로 queue를 예약하여 사용합니다.
- Night time과 Day time을 구별하여 운영합니다. (시간대는 최하단 참조)
- 전날 올려둔 남겨진 Queue는 매일 아침 9시에 리셋됩니다. (주말, 공휴일 제외)
- 편한 사용을 목적으로 하는 장비입니다. 장비이상 혹은 사용자 잘못등으로 인한 자동분석 실패애 대해 배상/보상하지 않습니다. 사용자 착오 혹은 시료 방치에 따른 시료 분실/파손에 대해 배상/보상하지 않습니다. 다시 준비하기 어려운 시료이거나, 분석데이터를 다음날 아침까지 반드시 얻어가야 하는 경우에는 다른 manual operation장비를 사용하셔야 합니다.
* KAIST외 외부 연구소, 중소기업의 경우 - NMR spectrum acquisition만 의뢰받습니다. (스펙트럼 분석은 의뢰자가 직접합니다.) - 하루 이상 전에 이메일 혹은 042-350-2897로 예약 가능합니다. - 원칙적으로는 관리자를 통한 실험만 가능하나, 관리자의 승인을 받은 사용자에 한해 직접 NMR 사용이 가능합니다. __________________________________________________________________________ 1. Users may reserve their slots from 8am for the 24h-cycle (9am – 9am next day) 3. Reservation time table - During peak time (Red region),
one user can reserve up to 20 min in a row. - During off-peak time (Yellow region), one user can reserve up to 30 min in a row. - During Long experiment (Blue region), one user can reserve up to 1 hours in a row. - During overnight time (Green region), there will be no limit for signing-up. # Maximum reservation time can be adjusted depending on usage traffic. 1~2hr for peak time, 2~3hr for off-peak time)
## Reservation start time is written on top of each instrument reservation page. Contact NMR manager with reason when you need NMR time more than rule. 4. Reservation time follows the time on your cell phone (not the time on PC) 5. Reservation is the right to collect data of your samples. After completing acquisition, you MUST yield your time to the person waiting behind you. Data processing is NOT covered on the reservation. 6. Showing-up 3 min late results in failure of your reservation right. 7. If you change your schedule, you MUST change your reservation immediately for others. Reservation but not showing-up will result in suspension of your ID.
8. User cannot reserve more than 2 NMR at same time to prevent monopoly.
9. Rule for Walk-in NMR (No Reservation) - Walk in NMR - Do not use more than 20min when 09:00 ~ 20:00 if other users are waiting - Give a chance to next user who have one sample, if you have many sample to analyze - Overnight experiment is possible during 23:00 ~ 09:00
10. Rule for Full Automated NMR (AS400)
- User can add queue without reservation during Full Automation time
Night time : 00:00 ~ 09:00
Day time : check on Reservation page of each NMR
- Remained queue are reset at every 9:00 AM on weekdays.(not on weekend, holiday )

We do not take any responsiblity of samples at automatic sample handler. Users had better use NMR by manual operation when samples are expensive or difficult to be prepared.

Automation Rule //자동분석 규칙
1. AS400 queue limit time (updated 2022.05.13)
- 09:00 ~ 24:00 --> 58 min / sample, 6 hr / day
- 24:00 ~ 09:00 --> 9.5 hr/day
2. Remained 'Night queue more than 1day' will be removed without notice

3. Automation can be stopped during maintenance without notice
# ex> for calibrattion of standard shim file, probe cleaning and so on.
